By using this website or placing an order with Strong Eyes Apparel Industries, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before ordering.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities and timelines you provide and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and any required deposit is received.

Samples and approval

Bulk production begins after you approve the sample or pre-production approval. Please check sizes, colours, artwork and labels carefully - approved samples are the standard against which the bulk order is checked.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the quote or website and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless noted. Payment terms are agreed on each quotation or invoice.

Production and delivery

Lead times are estimates and start from sample approval and receipt of any deposit. We will keep you informed of any delay. Shipping method, cost and customs responsibilities are agreed before dispatch.

Quality and claims

We inspect every order before shipment. If you find a defect, tell us within a reasonable time after delivery, with clear photos and the order number, and we will work with you on a fair solution.

Artwork and intellectual property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, designs and artwork you send us. We will not reuse your artwork or designs for other customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and new orders.
